ZeroLineQR is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software solution designed for restaurants, cafes, sweet shops, and food service establishments. Our service includes menu and inventory management, order processing and tracking, payment processing integration, customer relationship management, sales reporting and analytics, QR code menu generation, multi-user access management, and mobile and web-based access.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
To use our service, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate and complete registration information, and maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and ensuring all account information is current and accurate.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Subscription Terms
Our service is offered on a subscription basis with various plans including monthly subscriptions (billed monthly, automatically renew unless cancelled), annual subscriptions (billed annually with potential discounts), lifetime subscriptions (one-time payment for lifetime access), and trial periods (free trial periods may be offered with automatic conversion to paid subscription).
4.2 Payment Terms
By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan, automatic renewal of subscriptions, price changes with 30 days advance notice, and no refunds for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, transmit any viruses or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt the service, copy or modify our software, reverse engineer any part of the service, use automated systems to access the service without permission, impersonate any person or entity, collect information about other users, or use the service to send spam.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of ZeroLineQR, including software code, user interface, documentation, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Synilogic IT Solution PVT LTD and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, menu items, pricing, and business information. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve our services.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, perform scheduled maintenance, update features, and change pricing with 30 days notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we discontinue the service.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, we may delete your account and data after a 30-day retention period, you remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination, and provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
14.3 Informal Resolution

15. Changes to Terms
